We understand the importance of mental health in achieving stability and success in all areas of life. That’s why we provide psychoeducation workshops and care coordination to support individuals and families as they work towards their goals of independent housing and employment opportunities. Our team is committed to providing the tools and resources needed to manage acute mental health needs while navigating the journey towards assimilation. We currently provide this with the following language capacities: Haitian-Creole, Spanish, Portuguese and Cape Verdean-Creole.
